Treat yourself to a relaxing stay for the whole family or friends in this beautiful house with beautifully decorated pool, carefully equipped for your comfort, in a quiet environment, close to the beach, bike paths and the center of the charming village of Bois-Plage! The entrance serves a large warm and bright living room with a fitted kitchen and a beautiful dining table. The kitchen opens onto a first outdoor area with garden table, wall barbecue and a water point. There is also a bright lounge with views of the pool and garden. The swimming pool (4x2 m) is secured with an electric shutter and heated from April to October (weather permitting). The sleeping area includes three large bedrooms each with their bathroom and cupboards with wardrobe and shelves. Two bedrooms are equipped with a double bed 160x200cm, and one bedroom is equipped with two single beds 90x200cm that can be combined into a double bed 180x200cm. A laundry room is at your disposal with washing machine, dryer, ironing board, iron, cot and high chair. Several parking spaces are available and free in front of the house.
